Our History
BECC began in Osceola County with a clear purpose: bring people together, create access to resources, recognize local excellence, and strengthen the community.
Founder Tiffany Jeffers saw talented business owners, professionals, and community leaders working hard without consistent access to the relationships and support needed to grow.
She gathered local leaders around a shared table. Those conversations led to action, partnerships, programs, and a growing network committed to economic and community progress.
As the organization grew, the need became clear. Central Florida needed a Chamber that could connect business growth with community prosperity.
The Building Empowerment Chamber of Commerce was created to meet that need.
Today, BECC serves entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofits, corporations, and regional partners who believe that partnership creates progress.
