Our History
Our story began in Osceola County with a clear purpose: bring people together, create access to resources, recognize local excellence, and strengthen our community.
Founder Tiffany Jeffers saw talented business owners, professionals, and community leaders working hard without consistent access to the relationships, resources, and opportunities needed to grow.
What started around a shared table grew into partnerships, programs, business connections, and a powerful network committed to progress.
As that network grew, another need became clear. Businesses needed a dedicated organization focused on commerce, economic opportunity, advocacy, leadership development, and regional growth.
The Building Empowerment Chamber of Commerce was created to meet that need.
Today, the Chamber brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, small businesses, corporations, nonprofits, financial institutions, government partners, and community leaders who believe strong relationships create stronger businesses and stronger communities.
